These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prysm Digital LLC’s website and services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Prysm Digital LLC provides digital marketing services including local SEO, paid advertising management, social media management, reputation management, email marketing, and website design. Specific services, deliverables, and fees are outlined in individual Service Agreements.
Upon full payment, clients own all creative assets developed specifically for their business. Prysm retains ownership of templates, processes, and tools used in service delivery. Clients grant Prysm permission to use campaign results as anonymized case studies unless requested otherwise in writing.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Prysm may terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach. Upon termination, all access credentials and assets will be transferred to the client within 5 business days.
Prysm Digital LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed total fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for third-party platform changes outside our control.
While we work diligently to deliver results, Prysm cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes, as these are influenced by many factors including search engine algorithm changes and market conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kent County, Michigan courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
